Command Centre for activeImport

 

The Command Centre for activeImport is the administrative console for activeImport. this is installed on the server where you choose to run it from. You can define 5 different profiles. Each profile supports a new Active Directory subset (e.g. if you only want to replicate one OU and one database) another profile for another section of your AD and another database etc. Please see a screenshot of the Command Centre here:

Once you have installed and set up the Command Centre you will need to connect to the database. You type in the connection string to the database, type the table name or view name and either choose to find the AD root automatically or write your own. After that you will have to map the appropriate fields by choosing the right section (corresponding tab in AD Users and Computers) and choose the fields you will need to have updated.
