activeImport will automatically keep your Active Directory user information up-to-date incl:
- Telephone Numbers,
- Departmental Information,
- Company Information,
- Addresses,
- Etc...
A major advantage is, that you employee information now ill be available in Outlook as well.

This is how it works
- Install activeImport on a server in your environment.
- Schedule activeImort.exe to run e.g. every hour or once a day.
- The data source is your existing employee directory which can be based on a Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Access

- There is no daily administration of activeImport, only a one-time setup.
