This is what it does
activeImport will automatically keep your Active Directory user information up-to-date including:
- Telephone Numbers,
- Departmental Information,
- Company Information,
- Addresses,
- Other information
Your employee information now ill be available in Outlook as well - also when you syncronise to your mobile units.
Save valuable time by automating this task instead of doing it yourself.
This is how it works:
- Install activeImport on a server.
- Schedule activeImort.exe to run e.g. every hour or once a day.
- The data source is your existing employee directory which can be based on a Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Access
This is how you install and administer activeImport
- There is no daily administration of activeImport, only a one-time setup.

- You will have you own administration module, the ‘Command Centre’.
